Duration: 1 year backfill
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: $36-40/hr

Overview

Our client is seeking a SharePoint Developer with experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 to support ongoing administration, development, and process improvement efforts. This role involves managing a high-volume queue of requests while delivering strong customer service and maintaining attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and work through a backlog of SharePoint tickets in a high-volume queue
  • Perform day-to-day SharePoint administration, including site management, permissions, and user support
  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites, workflows, and solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across SharePoint Online environments
  • Support development efforts to transition SharePoint processes to other systems
  • Assist with SharePoint site archival and new site setup
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide effective solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of SharePoint Online experience
  • Demonstrated customer service experience (required), with the ability to support and communicate effectively with end users
  • Strong skills in SharePoint administration and development, including:
    • Site management
    • Permissions
    • Document libraries
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or similar
  • Experience managing high-volume work queues
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
