IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking Project Scheduler area supporting Redstone Arsenal Utility Helicopter Program Office. Candidates must be highly motivated, a self-starter and be able to handle multiple tasks.

\n

Job Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• \n

  Ensure Product Office life-cycle program plan is executable.

\n

• \n

  Develop, update, integrate, and maintain all project schedules milestones from the Development and Modernization office into a single Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

\n

• \n

  Analyze and track project interdependencies within the Product Office.

\n

• \n

  Plan, update, and track contract schedules. This may include Systems Engineering reviews, PoPs and contract awards.

\n

• \n

  Perform continual critical path risk assessments and alert IPT member and Product Office Management of schedule conflicts and issues.

\n

• \n

  Work with the Production and Fielding office to Develop and integrate Modification Work Order (MWO) fielding schedules.

\n

• \n

  Prepare information for presentations, training materials, and white papers.

\n

• \n

  Participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews for the Dev/Mod product office.

\n

\n

Education and General experience:

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with a minimum of 15 years of scheduling expereince.

\n

• \n

  A strong work ethic, ability to work effectively with others and a healthy desire to acquire new skills are paramount in this position. Candidate should also have the following:

  • \n

    Experience of Army project integration, contracting and fielding

  \n

  • \n

    Ability to analyze project critical path drivers

  \n

  • \n

    Effective project scheduling for multi-disciplined Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)

  \n

  • \n

    MS Project experience required, Primavera experience is desirable, but not required

  \n
