Job description:

Established Electrical Contractor specializing in Commercial, Industrial, And Service projects seeking an Experienced Electrical Project Manager. Must have prior project management experience coupled with high level commercial/Industrial electrician skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be detailed oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work directly with project manager regarding job specifications and timelines
• Create and execute the project plan and maintain the project schedule
• Assign crew members and oversee productivity to job completion
• Secure and obtain all permits and approvals
• Schedule needed inspections
• Maintain quality control and safety standards per company and OSHA regulations
• Material procurement and monitoring deliveries to jobsites
• Manage client expectations with excellent communication
• Review and approve weekly time sheets for crew members
• Maintain company vehicles as needed
• Complete finalized punch lists

Requirements:

• 10+ years of electrical field working experience (installations and or repairs)
• 5+ years of experience in project estimating within the electrical industry
• Ability to work in a Team setting
• Strong understanding of electrical installation/repairs, materials, and code requirements
• Familiarity in working with General Contractors is a plus Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be able to make routine visits to job sites
• Must be able to read and understand Engineered Drawings and Wiring Diagrams
• Unlimited Electrical License is a plus
• Good time management skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience with electrical construction estimating
• Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4:30pm), (Weekends and after-hours work, only as needed per project)
