Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project scheduling.
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
- 5+ years of experience with program control tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera (P6), or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Leads the project planning process on allocated projects/proposals.
- Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project & management reports related to the project schedules on allocated projects.
- Facilitates project execution planning by utilizing the schedule templates as a starting point for schedule creation.
- Develops project schedules for proposals (frontlog) upon request from all equipment product lines.
- Develops the project baseline schedule based on the UOP in-house project execution database, contract conditions.
