Entry Level | $17/hr + weekly pay
Boss GC is growing fast. We're a roofing and general contracting company working across the entire DFW metroplex, and we've got more jobs on the board than people to run them. That's why this position exists. We're not filling a seat someone left. We're adding one because the work is here.
There's real opportunity for advancement. A lot of our best people started right where you'd be starting.
What you'll actually do
- Drive to job sites across DFW (you'll be in your truck a lot)
- Get on roofs to take photos for insurance claims
- Meet insurance adjusters at properties and sit through the adjustment
- Pick up checks from customers and get them back to the office
- Whatever else the day needs. This is a hands on role, not a desk job.
What we need from you
- A reliable car. Non negotiable. You'll be on the road every day. If your car isn't dependable, don't reply
- Comfortable getting on roofs (1 and 2 story).
- The ability to carry a ladder and climb a roof. This is a must, every single day.
- Flexible availability. Some early mornings, some late evenings, some weekends. Adjuster meetings happen when the adjuster says they happen.
- Ready to start now. We're not looking to fill this in six weeks.
- A professional look. You're representing Boss GC in front of homeowners and adjusters. You don't need a suit, but you need to look put together.
Nice to have, not required
- Construction or roofing experience. We'll train the right person from zero. Attitude and reliability matter more than a resume.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
What we cover
- $17/hr starting
- Weekly pay
- Gas and tolls, fully reimbursed
