Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proficient AWS developer with Java programming language. Should be able to work on proxy creation of API's, dependency libraries upgrade, jdk upgrade etc.
- Experience of creating AWS Lex.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect console and flow designer, including an in-depth understanding of various contact flow blocks.
- Knowledge of contact routing strategies, queues, and agent configuration etc.
- Understanding of AWS services relevant to Amazon Connect (e.g Lambda,S3,Dynamo DB) for integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline to commit codes in GIT and move to other environments.
