Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI/ML technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Work with models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluate model responses.
- Build AI agents and intelligent automation workflows.
- Integrate LLMs with APIs, enterprise applications, and databases.
- Implement document processing, text extraction, summarization, classification, and question-answering solutions.
- Fine-tune or customize AI models when required.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure accuracy, relevance, latency, and reliability.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams.
- Follow best practices for AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and model governance.
Primary Skills
- Strong Python programming.
- Generative AI and LLM development.

- Vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or open-source LLMs.
- Machine Learning and NLP fundamentals.
- REST APIs and microservices.
- Git and software development practices.
Secondary Skills
- Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- MLOps and model deployment.
- SQL and NoSQL databases.
- AI agents and tool/function calling.
- Knowledge of LLM evaluation and observability tools.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying Gen AI solutions in production.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale AI applications.
- Knowledge of AI safety, hallucination mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
