Role: SAP EAM Lead
Location: Kansas City, MO or St Louis, MO (100% On-site)
Compensation: $68.00/hr on W2
Fulltime ; W2 candidate only .

Position Overview
Seeking an SAP EAM Lead to technically guide a team of consultants, manage corporate business requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery across Plant Maintenance, SAP Asset Manager, and EPPM landscapes in a 100% on-site capacity.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Leadership: Lead a team of SAP EAM consultants, manage operational support SLAs, coordinate project reporting, and mentor junior team members.
* Business Delivery: Partner directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional vendor teams to capture requirements, manage Hypercare support, and analyze incoming change requests.
* Core Asset Operations: Govern enterprise functional configurations across Plant Maintenance (PM), Work Clearance Management (WCM), Linear Asset Management (LAM), and Management of Change (MOC).
* Mobile & Systems Integration: Manage the deployment of SAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM), coordinate Mobile Development Kit (MDK) configurations, and drive cross-functional CATS-PS module integrations.
Required Skillset
* Experience: Proven technical leadership background running enterprise SAP EAM lifecycle projects, post-go-live Hypercare, and production support loops.
* Core Modules: Deep configuration knowledge of SAP PM, WCM, BNAC, MOC, Investment Management (IM), and Project Systems (PS).
* Mobile Frameworks: Direct experience configuring the SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) mobile application environment and coordinating MDK development.
* Advanced Portfolio Architecture: High-level overview of EPPM/Portfolio Management alongside Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) tools like AIN and ASPM.
