The Role

As Project Executive, you'll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance and exceptional client satisfaction.

You'll also play a key role in business development, mentoring project leadership teams and supporting long-term strategic growth.
\n
\n

- ResponsibilitiesLead multiple large-scale construction projects
- Oversee project schedules, budgets and delivery strategy
- Provide leadership to Project Managers and field teams
- Manage client relationships at executive level
- Drive commercial performance and project profitability
- Support preconstruction, proposals and strategic planning
- Lead commissioning and project closeout activities
- Mentor future construction leaders across the business

- What We're Looking For15+ years of commercial construction experience
- Experience as the senior leader on major construction projects
- Previous Project Executive, Director or equivalent leadership experience
- Mission critical or data centre experience highly desirable
- Strong commercial, operational and client management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making ability
- Willingness to travel as required
