・Working Style: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
・Employment Type: Full-Time
・Salary: 100-150K/ per year (DOE)

▶︎ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team members in analyzing software requirements and designing, modifying, implementing, and maintaining application systems that meet user and business needs.
• Lead ERP system implementation and operational support initiatives.
• Manage projects across the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, requirements analysis, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with and manage non-Japanese vendors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Apply ITIL principles to support stable and effective application operations.
• Support customers, report project status and issues to upper management, and collaborate with teams in the United States and Japan.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and problem-solving support to team and project members.
▶︎ The Right Candidate Will Possess:
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience managing non-Japanese vendors.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Solid understanding of ITIL principles and practices.
• Strong analytical skills in requirements analysis, application maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively while also working independently when needed.
▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience implementing or supporting ERP applications.
• Strong English communication skills for customer support, management reporting, and team collaboration.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese for communication with the team in Japan.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
• SAP Certified Application Associate or another relevant ERP certification is preferred.
