Job: IT Build Technician / Endpoint Deployment Specialist (Job ID: 28538)

Overview: Supports high-volume imaging, configuration, staging, and deployment of enterprise devices using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot in a standardized environment.

Responsibilities
\n

<li>Image, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices</li>
\n
<li>Stage devices (OS installs, patching, software, BitLocker, asset tagging)</li>
\n
<li>Support large-scale deployments and refresh initiatives</li>
\n
<li>Perform build validation, troubleshooting, and compliance checks</li>
\n
<li>Manage asset tracking and full device lifecycle</li>
\n
<li>Follow SOPs and standardized deployment processes</li>
\n
<li>Ensure security, patching, and regulatory compliance</li>
\n
<li>Partner with engineering and support teams</li>
\n
<li>Support device decommissioning and data wiping Requirements</li>
\n
<li>2–5+ years in desktop support or IT build environments</li>
\n
<li>Experience with SCCM, Intune, and Windows Autopilot</li>
\n
<li>Strong Windows 10/11 imaging and OSD knowledge</li>
\n
<li>Experience with large-scale deployments</li>
\n
<li>Familiar with Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra)</li>
\n
<li>Knowledge of patching, deployment, and endpoint compliance</li>
\n
<li>Understanding of asset lifecycle management.</li>
