Job DescriptionProject Engineer
The Project Engineer will support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with production, tooling, quality, and operations to develop processes, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new product launches and develop manufacturing processes.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
- Create engineering drawings, models, and process documentation.
- Partner with production and tooling teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
- Analyze production data to improve cost, cycle time, quality, and efficiency.
- Support PFMEAs, control plans, process flows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of manufacturing or product engineering experience.
- Metal component manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000
