We're seeking a hands-on Risk & Assurance Manager to lead second-line risk oversight for a growing fintech organization. This role focuses on enterprise and technology risk, control effectiveness, issue remediation, and partnering with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct enterprise, operational, and technology risk assessments (RCSAs).
- Evaluate IT controls and independently challenge risk owners.
- Manage risk issues through remediation and validated closure.
- Maintain risk registers and optimize GRC workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to mitigate risks.
- Deliver executive risk reporting and leverage AI to improve processes.

Requirements:
\n

- 5+ years in enterprise risk, technology risk, GRC, or risk assurance.
- Hands-on experience with second-line oversight, control testing, and issue remediation.
- Knowledge of IT controls (access management, SDLC, change management, cloud).
- Experience with GRC platforms (LogicGate, Archer, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Financial services/payments experience, CISA/CRISC/CIA, and AI automation exposure.
