We’re Hiring: Principal Data Scientist – Applied AI (Chicago, IL | Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions and driving real business impact? We’re looking for a Principal Data Scientist / Associate Director – Data Science (Applied AI) to lead high-impact, client-facing AI initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions including GenAI, RAG systems, and NLP pipelines
• Translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions and architectures
• Partner directly with clients to identify and deliver high-value AI use cases
• Drive end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Contribute to presales, thought leadership, and team mentorship
What We’re Looking For:
• 8–12 years of experience in Data Science / Applied AI
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and deep learning
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, SQL, and modern ML frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms, vector databases, and enterprise data systems
• Proven ability to lead teams and engage with senior stakeholders
