Data Analyst – Automated Warehouse
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)

What You'll Do
- Drive Performance: Monitor WMS and automation equipment data to optimize order fulfillment, throughput, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
- Build & Automate: Create dynamic dashboards, automated recurring reports, and key KPI trackers using tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Solve Operational Complexities: Collaborate with IT, warehouse leadership, and automation engineering teams to investigate data discrepancies and solve real-time operational bottlenecks.
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage data analysis to identify operational trends, present key findings to leadership, and lead efficiency initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Core Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is highly preferred.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management, or automated material-handling systems is a strong plus.
- Key Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and comfort working inside a fast-paced automated warehouse environment.
