As an End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support across a wide range of devices including laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows), and handheld scanners. Your daily tasks will include imaging, configuring, and installing PCs and related hardware, as well as performing data recovery and coordinating warranty repairs with vendors. You’ll utilize IT service management tools to log and track incidents, changes, and asset requests. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be supporting users at all levels and navigating ambiguous situations with professionalism and clarity. The role also requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and the flexibility to work varying shifts.
Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years in an IT support role with hands-on troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency in imaging, configuring, and installing PCs and mobile devices
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Willingness to work flexible shifts in a warehouse environment
