Reports To: Quality, Lead

Position Location: Raleigh, NC

FLSA Status (Exempt/Non-Exempt): Non-Exempt

Position Summary:

The Quality Technician is an entry-level role within the NSI Lab Solutions division of Antylia Scientific. This position supports daily operations to ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 17025, ISO 17034, ISO 17043, ISO 9001) and TNI regulations to align with company quality objectives. The Technician works closely with the Quality Lead and Operations team to maintain high-quality standards across processes and documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Proficiency Testing (PT) studies, including data collection and reporting.
  • Collect, validate, and statistically analyze laboratory data submissions.
  • Interpret PT results to identify trends, outliers, and data inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and issue final PT study reports for participating laboratories.
  • Respond to inquiries related to study logistics, data interpretation, and performance evaluations.
  • Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality control records, and other compliance documentation.
  • Log and document customer and internal complaints; investigate issues to identify root causes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Assist in drafting audit responses and corrective actions for internal quality audits; follow through to ensure audit closures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Mathematics is preferred.

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of prior relevant experience

  • Effective under pressure and able to meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $22/hr- $24/hr, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
