Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions
- Work on ITSM & ITOM modules (Incident, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset Mgmt, etc.)
- Oversee custom development (scripts, workflows, integrations)
- Manage REST API integrations, Integration Hub, and mid-server setup
- Drive platform upgrades, performance optimization, and governance
- Lead Service Portal modernization (JavaScript, React/Angular preferred)
- Mentor developers and act as technical lead/architect
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present technical solutions
🔹 Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development & architecture
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST integrations
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies
- Experience with App Engine Studio & AI (Now Assist) (preferred)
