Full Stack Developer - Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
iSphere is looking for a Full Stack Developer for a long-term hybrid opportunity in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Candidates need to live locally.
The client needs someone who is truly full stack, but this role leans heavily toward the backend. MongoDB is a big part of the environment, so strong backend development skills are important. On the front end, you need solid React experience and enough JavaScript depth to build something clean instead of just making the page technically work.
You will design, build, and deploy scalable web applications, develop APIs, work through integration issues, and collaborate with other development teams when performance or data problems start crossing system boundaries.
This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable owning a feature from database to browser instead of stopping at whichever layer happens to be their favorite.
What we need:

Strong full stack development experience

Strong backend development skills with MongoDB

Solid React and JavaScript experience

Experience building RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services

Experience with MERN stack technologies

Experience with Oracle or similar relational databases

Working knowledge of SQL and query optimization

Experience building automated tests and following solid development standards

Experience working in Agile development environments

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well with developers, architects, and other technical teams
Cloud experience would be a plus, along with performance tuning, DevOps, CI/CD, or experience helping make technical design and architecture decisions.
