Snapshot / Role Overview
We're looking for a Project Executive in the San Jose area to lead major mechanical construction projects end to end, from the first concept estimate through legal closeout, across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and full MEP scopes.

Responsibilities
- Lead preconstruction: concept engineering, estimating, and proposal development.
- Own contracts through sales, procurement, engineering, and execution.
- Direct field labor planning to hold schedule and budget.
- Forecast job costs and control expenses.
- Negotiate change orders, contracts, and closeout documentation.
- Serve as primary client contact and align engineering, purchasing, accounting, and construction.
- Mentor project managers and engineers.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ten or more years managing major mechanical construction projects.
- Deep experience with HVAC, plumbing, piping, chiller, and boiler systems.
- A record of owning the full project lifecycle.
Nice-to-Haves
- Silicon Valley mission-critical or life science project experience.
- P&L responsibility.
Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience, plus benefits. Onsite in the San Jose area.
