SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / SCRUM MASTER (KEY PERSONNEL)
Position Purpose: Leads Agile teams and oversees project delivery utilizing Scaled Agile (SAFe) and Scrum methodologies integrated with ISO 9001 quality standards.
Work Location & Remote Stance: Primarily On-site at SA-17 (Washington, DC). Hybrid/remote arrangements may be authorized by the COR on an ad-hoc, task-defined basis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify and eliminate impediments, blockers, and external disruptions to ensure team sprint commitments are achieved.
- Integrate Agile workflows with ISO 9001 quality management procedures to ensure deliverables meet government specifications.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship (Strictly Required)
- Active Secret Clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or 9 years of equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
Required / Highly Preferred Certifications:
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scrum Certified Master (SCM), or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) (Required)
- SAFe certification or ISO 9001 quality standards training (Desired)
