Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external customers via phone
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Assist users with password resets, online account issues, and mobile driver’s license setup
- Escalate complex issues to second-tier support or management
- Maintain professionalism while managing high call volumes
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Must have previous call center experience
- Local candidates only (on-site role in Conyers, GA)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
