Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal and external customers via phone
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist users with password resets, online account issues, and mobile driver’s license setup
  • Escalate complex issues to second-tier support or management
  • Maintain professionalism while managing high call volumes

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Must have previous call center experience
  • Local candidates only (on-site role in Conyers, GA)
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with professionalism
