We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives, drive operational efficiencies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the manufacturing floor, developing technical talent, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Continuous Improvement Engineers.
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements utilizing SMED, root cause analysis, Kaizen, and other Lean methodologies.
- Identify production bottlenecks, optimize equipment changeovers, and improve manufacturing workflows.
- Establish KPIs, track performance, and deliver measurable cost savings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute CI projects and sustain improvements.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Continuous Improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience leading or supervising engineering or technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SMED, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
