Stelivo is supporting a fast-growing advanced engineering company looking to appoint an experienced Technical Program Manager in Austin.
\n
\n
This individual-contributor position will lead the development and launch of complex electromechanical products, coordinating multiple programs across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
\n
\n
You’ll own programs from initial concept through production launch, establishing clear cost, scope, and schedule baselines while ensuring risks, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables remain visible and properly managed.

Key responsibilities:

- \n
- Lead complex NPI programs from concept through production launch
- Manage multiple product-development programs simultaneously
- Establish and maintain program schedules, budgets, scope, and risk plans
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, operations, and commercial teams
- Identify issues and drive timely decisions or corrective actions
- Lead weekly program reviews and communicate progress to senior leadership
- Maintain accountability across contributors and executive stakeholders
- Support product-lifecycle and end-of-life transitions
- Improve NPI governance, processes, and program-management tools

We’re looking for:
\n
\n
- \n
- At least five years of program-management or product-development experience
- Proven ownership of electromechanical or complex physical-product programs
- Experience taking new products from development into manufacturing and commercial launch
- Strong understanding of structured product-lifecycle and NPI processes
- Confidence managing cost, scope, schedules, risks, and competing priorities
- The ability to influence and hold cross-functional teams accountable without direct authority
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

\n
Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, energy, utilities, telecommunications hardware, or another regulated engineering sector would be particularly relevant. Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and PLM platforms is also advantageous.
