Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions
- Good communication skills with clients and other team members
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment
- Precision and attention to detail
- Light plumbing or electrical experience
- Tile installation
- Cabinet installation
- Past leadership or crew management experience
Job Duties:
- Perform skilled carpentry, framing, drywall, finishing, cabinetry, flooring, and related remodel tasks
- Lead small teams on-site and assist in training junior techs
- Manage job-site workflow, daily tasks, and materials
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and team members
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized worksites
- Read blueprints, scopes of work, and material lists
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and suggest solutions
- Install fixtures, trim, doors, windows, and structural elements
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and properly
- Document job progress using company software
- Uphold all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
