Senior Project Manager

Location: Driving distance to Central Oregon or the Greater Denver Area preferred.Although, this position is eligible for remote work.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering and procurement activities for our renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engineering and procurement teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, specifically in renewable energy, chemical, or Oil & Gas industries.
  • 5+ years of experience leading EPC projects valued at $10MM-$50MM, preferred.
  • PMP certification or progress towards one is required; PE license is a plus.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for large-scale projects.
  • Experience with scheduling software and project management tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
