IT Project and Systems Manager - Rosslyn, VA / Remote working with Periodic in-person meetings or in-office workdays, typically once per month

Manufacturers Alliance is looking for a hands-on IT Project and Systems Manager to join our Operations Support team. This role is a great fit for someone who loves solving problems with technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys turning business needs into streamlined systems.


You’ll lead projects and manage systems that keep our operations running smoothly. Your main focus will be Salesforce/Fonteva, but you’ll also support other tools across the business. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and report to the VP of Finance and Operations.


What You'll Do

AMS & Data Management

  • Be the go-to expert for our Salesforce/Fonteva AMS
  • Maintain high data quality and structure it for future use
  • Create and support event registration setups
  • Help staff build and run reports

Project Leadership

  • Own project plans, timelines, and team roles
  • Run meetings, manage scope, and track risks
  • Keep everyone updated with clear documentation
  • Present updates to stakeholders and resolve issues smoothly

Systems Support

  • Support platforms like Hubspot, Outreach, and Survey Monkey
  • Help teams define their needs and test system updates
  • Create training tools and support onboarding

Who You Are

  • You may have a degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience managing systems and projects
  • Comfortable with Salesforce/Fonteva and reporting tools
  • Clear communicator with strong analysis and documentation skills
  • Enjoy working across teams and adapting to new tools
  • Association experience is a plus
