- Experience implementing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI automations, intelligent workflows, or integrating emerging AI technologies into business processes.
- Ability to evaluate and apply new technologies to improve productivity and user experience.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into language faculty, staff, and students can understand.
- Proven experience gathering requirements, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and working collaboratively across departments.

Technical Requirements:
- Strong experience with AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning implementations
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for automation and solution development
- Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
- Familiarity with higher education technology environments is a plus
