Title: Senior IT Enterprise Analyst
Employment Type: Temporary contract, up to 6 months
Compensation: $63-$71 per hour
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Work Model: Hybrid; onsite Monday and Tuesday; 9/80 schedule, as early as 7:00 a.m.-4:45 p.m., with alternating Fridays off

Company Overview
A large public-sector utility is seeking a senior enterprise applications analyst to support business-critical Oracle systems in a complex operating environment. The assignment offers hands-on ownership of production support, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and cross-functional enterprise resource planning initiatives.
Position Summary
The Senior IT Enterprise Analyst will provide technical and functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 across Financials, Project and Grant Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement. The role partners with business users to translate requirements into configurations, customizations, reports, integrations, and production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 production issues, enhancements, and enterprise projects across multiple modules.
- Gather business requirements and configure, design, build, integrate, test, and implement solutions.
- Develop customizations, extensions, workflows, reports, and integrations using Oracle tools and technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve high-impact tickets involving multiple users, teams, releases, or back-out procedures.
- Evaluate, test, and implement patches, upgrades, new functionality, and system improvements.
- Tune queries and reports while maintaining appropriate database security and technical standards.
- Develop user and technical documentation and provide training to business users.
- Plan and coordinate assigned projects, including scope, quality, budget, and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and six years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience.
- At least three years of hands-on Oracle Project and Grants Management module experience.
- Strong technical and functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 across Financials, Project and Grant Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Java, JDeveloper, Oracle Workflow, PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Application Express (APEX), Oracle Forms and Reports, and BI/XML Publisher.
- Experience configuring, customizing, extending, and integrating enterprise resource planning applications across three or more modules.
- Ability to diagnose complex production issues, develop technical solutions, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Valid California Class C driver license and ability to drive in the course of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Oracle application upgrades, patching, and cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Knowledge of web services, messaging protocols, dynamic reporting, query tuning, and database security.
