- Supporting hardware and software across Windows and macOS environments
- Working confidently in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and business software
- Clear communication and solid documentation habits
- A proactive, client-first attitude
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 lbs
