Hiring: AEM Architect | Denver, CO | Onsite

We’re looking for an experienced AEM Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, and enterprise content architecture to lead large-scale digital experience and platform modernization initiatives.

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility of Extension)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
\n
- \n
- Own and evolve the overall AEM solution architecture across authoring, publishing, dispatcher/CDN, and content delivery layers
- Lead migration and modernization initiatives to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Define Oak index strategies, repository and package structures, content compatibility, custom workflows, and Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines
- Architect reusable AEM components, templates, and authorable patterns for SPA-based digital experiences
- Design and optimize search and content discovery solutions using Elastic/AEM Search, including indexing, relevancy, faceting, and performance
- Design personalization, targeting, audience segmentation, and permissioning models while ensuring content security
- Define integration architecture with enterprise systems including authentication/SSO, user synchronization, backend services, and analytics
- Establish engineering standards for coding, code reviews, performance, accessibility, security, and platform governance
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
- Lead stakeholder communication, technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and phased delivery planning.

Mandatory Skills:
\n
- \n
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Expertise in AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
- Strong Java development and architecture experience
- Experience with AEM architecture, authoring, publishing, dispatcher, and CDN
- Oak indexing and repository architecture experience
- Experience with Cloud Manager and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience designing reusable AEM components and templates
- Enterprise integration experience including APIs, SSO, and backend services
- Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.

What We’re Looking For:

A highly skilled AEM Architect who can own end-to-end AEM architecture, lead AEM Cloud modernization initiatives, and provide strong technical leadership across development and delivery teams. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in AEM, AEMaaCS, Java, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations, along with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SPA-based AEM applications
- Experience with Elastic Search or AEM Search
- Knowledge of personalization and audience targeting
- Experience with Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Experience in performance optimization and security remediation
- Telecommunications domain experience is a plus
