Oxford Solutions is recruiting a Manager of Project Controls for a client in the Greater Phoenix area. This position will oversee project planning, scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting for large-scale construction and capital projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project controls, experience managing complex project schedules and budgets, and the ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project controls processes for scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage project schedules, cost baselines, and performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee cost tracking, change management, and project forecasting.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, and contractor teams.
- Prepare project performance reports and updates for leadership.
- Establish consistent project controls standards and reporting procedures.
- Lead and support project controls personnel to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project controls supporting construction or major capital projects.
- Strong experience with project scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 required.
- Experience developing and implementing project controls processes and systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across project teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects preferred.
- PE, PMP, AACE, or related certification a plus.
