Specify together with our Marketing team and our customers the features of the products designed for our NAM customer- sDefine technical solutions for implementing new functions in the produc
- tBuild project plans, split the development tasks, assign them to project actors (internal and 3rd party) and follow the progres
- sEnsure the product quality by defining the product qualification plan and confirming qualification report
- sLead the investigation and resolution of problems reported from the fiel
- dReport progress, updated schedule, and action plan to the business tea
- mResponsible for the quality of the product and for implementing the company QA syste
- mMaintain formalized project documentation according to the company quality processe
- sLead escalation, when necessary, with the support of senior managemen
- tGood communication skills to interface with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders
