Overview:
This Technical Program Manager III will support the Hyper Control Environment product, a platform that supports government contract initiatives. The TPM will act as a key liaison between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams, gathering feature requests, communicating development progress, and ensuring successful delivery of technical initiatives. Strong communication skills are critical, as the role requires translating complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between customers and engineering teams
- Gather and prioritize feature requests
- Track and communicate development progress to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution
- Drive accountability, organization, and program execution across teams
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
MUST HAVES
- Technical Program Management experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including:
- M365 tenants
- Exchange functionality
- SaaS products in GovCloud environments
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong program coordination capabilities
- Data-driven mindset and experience communicating project status, risks, and progress
- U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements

- Experience working in highly regulated or government-focused environments
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $72.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
