About the Role:
As an IT Support Technician, you will provide hands-on and remote technical support to JSX Crewmembers, ensuring that hardware, software, and connectivity systems are performing at their best. You’ll be a key player in maintaining IT uptime, managing assets, and supporting both corporate and operational teams across all JSX locations.
A Day in the Life:
Your day will be interactive and hands-on, providing essential IT support to keep systems and people running efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage hardware setups, and partner with team members to improve technology experiences across the organization. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide front-line Help Desk support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Set up new hire workstations, including account creation and software configuration.
- Support and maintain conference room A/V systems and remote meeting platforms.
- Track and maintain IT asset inventory using Spiceworks or similar tools.
- Monitor system dashboards and escalate issues promptly to prevent downtime.
- Travel to off-site or airport locations as needed to provide hands-on support.
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance Help Desk processes and documentation.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an office-based or support-focused IT environment
- Familiarity with both PC and Mac hardware and operating systems
Preferred Experience:

One or more years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk role
Skill, Licenses, & Certifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices (preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking and mobile device management (preferred)
- A+ or Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification (preferred)
Pay & Perks:
Compensation is $24.00 to $28.00 hourly. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
