Job Description

Construction Assistant Project Manager
Full-Time | Permanent

Requirements

2+ years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, document control, and project closeout.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent construction experience will be considered.
US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is necessary.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with the day-to-day execution of commercial, institutional, and public construction projects.
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing logs, and project documentation.
Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and coordination of project activities.
Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and field communications.
Track project costs, review invoices, and help maintain budget compliance.
Prepare project reports and assist with project closeout documentation.
Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to keep projects moving.
