Job DescriptionWe are looking for a PC Technician to support day-to-day technology needs for office staff in Souderton, Pennsylvania. This position focuses on resolving desktop software and hardware issues, assisting users with business applications, and producing operational reports that support the manufacturing environment. The role also partners with the IT team on issue resolution and project-based work while providing hands-on support when on-site assistance is needed.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to office employees by diagnosing and resolving issues related to desktop systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Assist users with the organization's software tools, ensuring questions are addressed promptly and systems are functioning effectively.
• Develop and maintain reports through RubberTree WebQuery in connection with the P21 platform to support business operations.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and hardware installation when remote support is not sufficient or physical setup is required.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to manage service requests, investigate incidents, and complete assigned technical projects.
• Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and recurring issues to improve support consistency and knowledge sharing.• Experience providing service desk or desktop support in a detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, desktop software, and common user access issues.
• Familiarity with supporting office users in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Experience creating or maintaining reports within business systems or reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently on support tasks while coordinating effectively with a broader IT team.
