We’re hiring a (BIM) Project Manager for a well-established family-oriented, people-first mechanical contractor in Fort Worth. You’ll lead BIM coordination and design for multiple fast-paced projects while managing BIM Coordinators and working closely with project management, estimating, fabrication, and field teams.

What You’ll Work On

\n

    \n
  • Revit – 3D mechanical/MEP modeling and design coordination
  • \n

  • Navisworks – clash detection and multi-trade coordination
  • \n

  • BIM 360 – model collaboration and project documentation
  • \n

  • MEP Coordination – resolving conflicts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems
  • \n

  • Constructability Reviews – ensuring designs can be efficiently fabricated and installed
  • \n

  • Shop & Fabrication Drawings – supporting accurate fabrication and field installation
  • \n

What You’ll Do

\n

    \n
  • Lead BIM coordination across multiple special projects
  • \n

  • Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators
  • \n

  • Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability
  • \n

  • Lead coordination meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
  • \n

  • Keep BIM deliverables aligned with project schedules
  • \n

  • Partner with project managers, estimators, fabrication, and field teams
  • \n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

    \n
  • 7+ years of BIM or MEP coordination experience
  • \n

  • 3+ years of project management or leadership experience
  • \n

  • Strong Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 skills
  • \n

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical/MEP systems
  • \n

  • Understanding of fabrication and field installation preferred
  • \n

  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred
  • \n
