SENIOR ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT LEAD
Location: Lehigh Valley, PA
Established MEP consulting engineering firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Department Lead to lead its electrical group and become part of the firm’s long-term leadership team.
• 15+ years of MEP consulting experience
• Strong building electrical design background
• Experience managing and mentoring engineers/designers
• Strong project management, client relations, and QA/QC experience
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, senior living, education, and hospitality projects
• Ability to lead projects, proposals, scoping, and business development
• PE strongly preferred
This is a significant leadership opportunity with a potential path to partnership/ownership for the right individual.
