We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Project Coordinator II to support launch readiness initiatives within the healthcare sector. This is your chance to make an impact by coordinating cross-functional teams to bring innovative medicines to market efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across operations, supply chain, and project management to design, implement, and monitor launch processes. Your efforts will help identify and mitigate risks, streamline workflows, and foster continuous improvement, ensuring projects hit their milestones and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to advancing healthcare solutions that improve lives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, in preferred fields such as business, operations management, finance, science or engineering, or related degree.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Experienced in project management and coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships.
- Independent decision making, triage and escalation of “at risk” projects.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong oral and written communications skills.
