Location: Albany, NY

Pay Rate: $59/hr.

Work location: Albany New York 12203 / The position will cover the Albany/Troy/Rensselaer NY areas
Work hours: Standard work week + on call + incident response
On Call: Yes
Extension: Yes
Contract to Hire: Yes
Travel: Possibly to Tarrytown, NY / Very little, maybe 2-3 time a month, if that much. It would be an exception
Job Description:
- This role is 100% onsite at the client locations.
- This person must be able to hit the ground running, dont have the luxury of training or providing a long ramp-up.
- Skills must have some (~3 yrs) experience working with networks and must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), architecture, and access.
- Cisco Routing & Switching, ISE, and WiFi are the most needed skills.
- Education CCNA preferred but not required.
- Must be familiar with network terminology, protocols, technology (SW and HDW), and architecture.
- Background of working in a NOC or Network Support Team is ideal.
