We are looking for a Project Director to oversee the full lifecycle delivery of greenfield data center developments in Ohio. In this role you will be responsible for managing on-site execution, contractor performance, schedule integrity, cost control, and cross-functional coordination across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations. Who we are looking for:

- \n
- 8+ years of experience working on data centers, mission-critical facilities or large-scale industrial projects.
- Previous experience working with hyperscalers or mission-critical contractors.
- Proven experience managing greenfield builds.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, cooling infrastructure and electrical distribution.
- Strong leadership quality with the ability to lead complex projects.

What you will do:

- Lead end-to-end project management for greenfield data center construction.
- Oversee site activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations as well as environmental requirements.
- Lead readiness efforts to support on-time, issue-free commissioning.
- Manage general contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
- Proactively resolve issues to maintain project continuity.
- Implement project controls and reporting
