We are sourcing a Senior Data Engineer with Application DBA Expertise to work at our client's location.

\n

\n

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

\n

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or database administration.

\n

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL development, including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and complex SQL.

\n

• Strong experience with SQL performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, and execution plans.

\n

• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, etc.)

\n

• Application DBA background supporting Oracle database performance, troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability.

\n

• Experience developing ETL workflows using Informatica.

\n

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and normalized data models.

\n

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

\n

• Experience with Snowflake, Oracle Analytics Server, Python, and MongoDB.

\n

• Experience supporting enterprise data platforms and high-volume transactional systems.

\n

• Knowledge of CI/CD, data quality, governance, lineage, and cloud platforms is preferred.

\n

• This role is primarily focused on PL/SQL engineering and development, with supporting responsibilities in Oracle database tuning and Informatica ETL.
