Job Description

The Jr. Project Manager will support construction projects as part of a dedicated cross-functional team, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. This role will develope schedules, coordinate project activities, track progress, support budget oversight, and contribute to successful project delivery. Monthly travel is expected, with opportunities for progression into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

Support project planning for construction and capital projects.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate tasks across the dedicated cross-functional project team.
Prepare and distribute project status reports.
Coordinate project resources to support timely execution.
Monitor project budgets and track expenditures.
Travel monthly to support project needs.

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of project management experience.
Associate degree with relevant project coordination experience.
Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Gantt charts.
Budget tracking experience.
Strong stakeholder communication and time management skills.
Problem-solving and organizational skills.
