M-F, 7am-4:30 pm

Job Summary

Serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
-Handle intakes
\n
-Help with troubleshooting questions
\n
-Schedule repair appointments, drop-offs and pick-ups
\n
\n
Qualifications:
\n
-Experience in customer facing roles
\n
-Comfortable working with customers both in person and on the phone
\n
-Ability to prioritize and be flexible as work comes in
\n
-Previous service industry experience. Service writer experience would be a big plus
\n
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
-Serves as the first point of contact with customers either on the phone or at the branch, developing positive relationships with key customers.
\n
-Assesses customers needs and gathers pertinent information
\n
-Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems
\n
-Provides some status updates to customers, as requested
\n
\n
Education
\n
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education
\n
