Position Summary:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to manage data reporting, support company initiatives, and ensure smooth coordination between leadership and the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of tasks to drive company success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of sales dashboards and performance reports.
  • Compile, analyze, and distribute data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist with creating new reporting structures as needed for business initiatives.
• Executive Support
  • Provide direct support to the President with new projects and research
  • Help implement new initiatives by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Sales Team Coordination
  • Serve as a key point of contact for sales representatives to relay information and resources.
  • Assist with preparing materials, presentations, and reports needed by the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and at least one data analysis tool (e.g., SQL, Google Sheets or Similar Platforms)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication skills – both written and verbal
