Lead Test Operator
Express Employment Professionals is hiring four Lead Test Operators for an advanced aerospace manufacturing operation. This hands-on role supports the installation, instrumentation and testing of newly built small turbine engines in a fast-growing production environment.
Pay: $25-$35 DOE
Schedule: Day shift - M-Th 7a-5:30p
Location: Denver, CO - onsite
Position Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire

Job Highlights
- Install and remove turbine engines from test cells
- Connect thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gauges and accelerometers
- Execute pre-programmed test sequences
- Perform mechanical and electrical work on cables, pipes, fittings and fixtures
- Read work instructions, blueprints and schematics
- Inspect tested components using prescribed measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues
- Maintain equipment and support improvements to testing procedures
- Document work progress, technical data and corrective actions
What We Look For
- Four years of related experience
- Two years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing
- Experience using hand, power and pneumatic tools
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and strict safety procedures
- Blueprint and schematic-reading ability
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills
- Regulated manufacturing experience preferred
- Turbine-engine, hydraulic, fuel-system or electrical-cabling experience is helpful
- Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 35 pounds
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance
