- Strong hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Distributed Systems, Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, API/Schema Design & Performance Optimization.
- Hands-on experience with MQ-based integrations and messaging platforms.
- Experience with Hazelcast or distributed caching technologies.
- Strong HTML, CSS & JavaScript skills; Vue.js is a plus.
- Experience across the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployment & L3 production support.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management & token optimization.
