The Opportunity
\n
\n
You’ll work directly alongside senior Project Managers on large-scale commercial projects across Jacksonville, getting hands-on experience in every phase of delivery—from pre-con and procurement through to closeout. This isn’t a admin-heavy support role; you’ll be in the mix, solving problems, driving schedules, managing subs, and learning how to run jobs end-to-end. This company will notice hard work and reward you for it.

The Role:

- Supporting PMs on multi-million-dollar commercial projects
- Managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries
- Learning the full project lifecycle with a clear path to Project Manager

The Person:

- 4 years’ experience as an Assistant PM (or similar) in construction
- Hungry, proactive, and always looking for the next thing to own
- Wants serious growth: you’re not here to stay as an APM
- Team player with a strong work ethic and family-values culture
