A growing, entrepreneurial civil engineering and land development firm is looking for that person.

This is a PE-licensed Project Manager role for someone with 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial land development. You will own client relationships, scope and price the work, run the delivery team, and become the technical backbone of the office when the founder is out of the room.

What makes this different is access. You will work directly with the CEO and COO, shape how the firm runs, and mentor a team that is genuinely hungry to learn from someone better than they are.

What you will bring Active PE license and a BS in Civil Engineering Strong grading, drainage, site development, and land development background A track record of mentoring younger engineers and being the person people go to for answers
